Where To Find It

Customer > Footprint (/customer/footprint). You need access to customers to see it.

What It Shows

A world map with a table underneath that lists the same countries and numbers. Pick one view at a time:

View What a country shows
Target markets Hatched when you sell to or operate in it (from your business context)
Customers Shaded by how many customer accounts have a site there; darker means more
Deployments Filled and outlined where a customer site runs an installed node with an active service
Language fit Filled where a language the platform supports is official (today, English); striped where a planned language is official (Spanish, Arabic); dotted where neither is. It follows the platform’s language list, so countries change as languages ship.

Select a country on the map or in the table to see all its numbers in one line.

Customers That Are “Not Placed”

A customer counts as not placed when it has no site, or its site’s address has no country. These customers are never dropped. They are counted at the top of the table and in the “Not placed” figure. To place a customer, give it a site with an address on its customer page.

Where The Numbers Come From

Nothing on this page leaves your installation. The country outlines are Natural Earth data (public domain) drawn by the page itself, with no map service.
