Your First Hour
- Set up the business. Create the owner account and describe the business: where you are, who you serve, and how careful you need to be with data. Walk through it in Setup And First Login.

- Meet your coworker. Press the button in the bottom-right of any screen and ask it what the page is for. Details in AI Coworker.

Down the left side is a rail, grouped by the kind of work rather than by screen.

If that feels like too much, switch the rail to Simple. It hides everything except the day-to-day business work. The full rail is always one toggle away, so you cannot get stranded.
You only ever see what your role allows and what your business type actually turned on. An empty group is not a fault — it means that part does not apply to you.
The three groups most owners live in are Workspace, Business, and Knowledge. In Workspace, choose Operations for what needs attention now and Performance for results and trends. If you run a business rather than build software, you may never need Products or Delivery at all.
Your AI Coworker
Every screen has a coworker available from the button in the bottom-right corner.
It knows which page you are on, what kind of business this is, and what it is allowed to do there. Ask it in plain language — “who hasn’t been chased this week”, “what’s short for tomorrow”, “draft a reply to this”.
Your standing coworker is a COO, and you can give it a name of your choosing. Naming it changes nothing about what it is allowed to do. Some installs also let you talk to it instead of typing.
