The HR area manages your organization’s people, roles, and team structures. It covers the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding through to exit — and includes accountability tracking, time management, and organizational design.
Key Concepts
- Role Assignments — Each person holds one or more roles within the platform. Roles determine both their access level and their accountability within the org chart.
- HITL Tier Commitments — Human-in-the-loop tier designations that define how much human oversight is required when AI agents act on behalf of a role. Relevant for regulated activities.
- Delegation Grants — Explicit records of who has delegated authority to whom, and for what scope. Used in audit trails for decisions made on behalf of others.
- Lifecycle Events — Structured records of significant employment milestones: onboarding, role changes, leave, return, and exit.
